The Volunteers By Max Walker and Gerry Gleeson

The volunteers are famous for the great job they did at the Sydney Games, no two ways about it. Sydney was the smiling face of Australia and the volunteers were our best ambassadors. This is a unique history of ordinary Australians’ contribution to our greatest sporting achievement – the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
